Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at the time that your order is ready to ship. Shipping charges are calculated upon your request  at time of checkout or if no request is selected, the best prevailing rate using FedEx or US Postal Service. During holiday periods, we will select a shipping service that achieves the fastest delivery time. We want to insure that you receive your order as soon as possible.

Returns:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. You must pay for the return postage.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
